Shipping Policy

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours by our teams (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Luminaire Lucciano ensures deliveries in the following geographic areas: EUROPE, CANADA, DOM TOM.

With each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email and then a second email with your shipping confirmation including your order tracking number.

During busy periods, order preparation may take 72 hours or 3 working days.

The choice of carrier as well as the price may vary depending on the weight, quantity, availability of products and the amount of the basket, as well as the country of shipment.

Some orders may be linked to multiple suppliers, the items are then sent separately.

REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Item(s) received defective

If your order is delivered to you defective in whole or in part, you can benefit from a return or a refund of the item(s) concerned. To do this, send us a message to the following email address: info@luminaire-lucciano.com , including proof of payment (a screenshot of the confirmation email received when you placed your order, for example) and a photo of the items concerned. Please also specify in the message whether you would like the defective items returned or a refund.

Cancellation of order (if applicable)

Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at info@luminaire-lucciano.com .

A large majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 24 hours, it is imperative that you contact us within this time frame, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

No request to cancel your order can be taken into account if it has already been processed.

Replacement and voucher (if applicable)

  1. Exchange your item for a different size/color.

Exchanges are only available for the same size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not permitted. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and then placing a new order for the product you want.

  1. Refund details and vouchers

By default, the reimbursement method is credit.

If you wish to receive a refund on the payment method used during your purchase, you must notify us by email at info@luminaire-lucciano.com . Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to manufacturer defect will not incur a restocking fee. The fee will be applied to the original order and the balance will be refunded.

Only the final price paid (after any discount) will be refunded.

Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@luminaire-lucciano.com .

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
